Customer Satisfaction Is Important

Customer satisfaction surveys are now available for transit riders

So, what do you think of public transportation in the Chicagoland region?  With a new round of customer satisfaction surveys available, now is your chance to let us know!

The RTA funds customer satisfaction surveys periodically to gain feedback on your experience with our transit system.  The surveys ask riders to rate their satisfaction with such aspects as safety, service levels, communications, and cleanliness.  We use your responses to let us know where to focus our efforts.  As you’ve read on this blog before, our resources are limited and we want to aim our efforts and dollars where they will make the most impact.

Whether you take CTA, Metra, or Pace (or any combination of the three), please take a few moments and complete a survey.   We want to hear from regular, occasional, and even rare riders.  You can remain anonymous if you wish, or you may choose to lend your name and opt into future surveys – your choice!
