It’s National Anti-Boredom Month: Beat Boredom on Transit

NeighborhoodBoard_RTA_Traffic_v024 (2)

It’s National Anti-Boredom Month (yawn) so we’ve got some great ideas on how you can kick your boredom blues! Take transit and explore the region!  Public transportation offers a fast and convenient way to get around the region and you can avoid sitting in traffic or paying for parking.

Sitting in traffic can be boring and frustrating but if you jump on bus or train, you can safely text and email.  Not boring at all.  Not to mention the road rage you can avoid!

Riders can easily use the RTA’s Trip Planner to plan travel and select routes with ADA accessible services, when necessary.  It is the only online site in the region that provides a variety of options for getting around by using transit, walking, bicycling and driving. For more information about how the RTA Trip Planner can help you plan your next trip, visit RTAChicago.org.
