RTA Adds New Customer Service Locations

69 west creative

RTA staffers Nicole Berry (left) and Jasmine Jackson show off the new signage that will welcome RTA customers to our new office locations on December 4.

The RTA is joining forces with the City of Chicago to increase the number of customer service sites serving the more than 600,000  regional transit riders who have reduced fare or ride free permits.

These riders are largely older adults or riders with disabilities who qualify for these permits based on age, income or disability.

This office move and expansion will benefit permit holders by offering more locations to visit and requires no action by the permit holders at all.

As part of this expansion, the RTA’s only current offices serving these riders, located in the pedway of the Cook County Building at 69 West Washington, will move to City Hall, Room 100,121 North LaSalle Street, Chicago.

In addition, three more existing DFSS Senior sites will become home to RTA staff and services as of December 4.

These three additional RTA Service Center locations are:

Northeast Senior Center (Levy Center)
2019 W. Lawrence Ave.
Chicago, IL

Southeast Senior Center (Atlas Center)
1767 E. 79th St.
Chicago, IL

Southwest Senior Center
6117 S. Kedzie Ave.
Chicago, IL

We look forward to serving these customers at these new locations on December 4.   For more information.
